Ouch! I can see that you disabled 3D acceleration, but the VM still failed in the same way (behind the scenes, at least... even if it looked different with only a black screen). Seems the problem with Fusion Tech Preview + 3D + Mavericks (on some host hardware, at least) is worse than I thought... 
I've got nothing more to offer in the way of workarounds... Go back to Fusion 5.0.x on your Mavericks machine(s) and wait for the successor to this Tech Preview to see what our 3D graphics gurus can sort out in the meantime.
