Get-VIRole did not help me. And I also ran into the "64 threads" problem because I was working with so many hosts. Ultimately, what I had to do was use the vMA and vicfg-user on every host. It was more time-consuming than I would've liked, but with vi-fastpass setup, it was just a lot of "up arrowing" to get the job done.
